Monday night, Lasers Live is back on Facebook and Youtube! This time our guest is LD Mike Chappell showing off some of his timecoded and busking programming of our circle truss laser rig on his MA console and answering your questions. You're not going to want to miss this one!
Hey there everyone, Adam here, President of X-Laser. Happy Labor day to you. I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the amazing team at X-Laser that makes what we do possible. Past, present and future, these are the folks that are setting up lasers at trade shows, coding late into the night, soldering resistors smaller than a grain of rice, turning blocks of aluminum into laser parts, even clearing wasp nests out of returned lasers. Thank you for all you do.
Also a big thanks to our users who are working today. In this industry, a lot of holidays are work days and we appreciate you.
X-Laser is closed today to celebrate, but we'll be back tomorrow morning. Thank you
Travel to another galaxy with this new laser show by our summer design intern, Gabby. Programmed entirely on Obsidian Onyx. You're going to want to go full screen for this one
Join us for Lasers Live! Our guest this time is Chris Short, one of the creators of the Radiator. The Radiator is a compact yet feature rich laser synthesizer designed and built by an expert team of hardware designers and artists. Their kickstarter met their funding goal in only 9 days and shows no signs of slowing down as they work to bring abstract laser art to a new generation of artists. We'll be talking with Chris about Radiator, how the project developed and where it's headed now that they've met their funding goals, a Q&A session and of course he's going to make some beautiful laser art for us to enjoy, live!
We are super excited to share with you a project that some friends of X-Laser have been working on for a while. An innovative and exciting new form of laser analog synth controller, now available to pre-order on Kickstarter!
Radiator aims to bring back the live performance aspect to laser shows and once again make the job of Laserist synonymous with performance artist.
It's #NationalSmallBusinessWeek and we would like to say thank you to the 98% of our customers who are small businesses. We all do it for our own reasons and it can be hard, but each other we would not exist. Small business drives this country and we are proud to be with you
